He is a Company Secretary and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, with strong expertise in both practical and corporate advisory aspects.
He possesses extensive experience in establishing subsidiaries and branch offices of foreign companies in India. In addition, he has strong working knowledge in setting up Indian companies and LLPs, and is well-versed in drafting agreements, and other corporate documents. Along with providing comprehensive secretarial services.
He has served as a teaching faculty at various institutions, specializing in Company Law, Secretarial Audit, and Due Diligence.
CS Ganesh Sabhahit
He is a Practicing Company Secretary with strong knowledge of Corporate Law and practical compliance requirements. He has hands-on experience in company incorporation, fund-raising, company closure, and drafting agreements, term sheets, and shareholders’ agreements. He is also proficient in conducting Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence, and handling FCTRS, FLA, Form InVi, Form CN and other RBI and secretarial compliances.
